Famous Celebrities Who’ve Committed Suicide

Depression The Silent Killer

We have lost many celebrities and people to suicide throughout the years. Your life is more valuable than any materialistic thing on this earth. In life, as humans we all will go through some type of dark periods throughout our life and this is normal. Life’s struggles will only make you stronger and it will prepare you for the next obstacle course you will one day face in your life. No matter what you’re going through in life, just remember it will not last. You might be hurting now, just know that in due time your pain will end. You might be dealing with depression and don’t know what to do, my advice to you is to please talk to someone, and get help for what you’re going through.
Some may feel like it’s a sign of weakness because they cannot control their depression, and it’s not. I’ve dealt with depression many years ago, and I healed my depression through prayer, meditation, and a determination to live. Depression is awful; it’s a silent killer because we will not talk about it. I don’t care how educated you are, how famous you are, how fit and beautiful you are, depression can strike at any time, it can take over your life and turn it upside down, if you let it.
If you’re dealing with depression talk to some one you trust, let them know what you’re going through because you will need their support instead of facing your demons alone. Secondly, get professional help for your mental illness because it can more severe than others, it just depends on the person. Third, cry, there is nothing wrong with pouring out your heart to a friend, a therapist, or even just to God especially when you’re alone in your quiet space. Fourth, take full control of your depression; never let your depression take full control over you. Lastly, always remember, whatever you go through in life, you’re not alone, somebody else is going through the same struggles you’re facing now as I speak. Your not alone, give yourself a chance at life, I know the pain is sometimes so overbearing that you don’t want to live you can’t bear it, I know, I’ve been in your situation. I had to press on, I had to face my problems head on every day, but know this, one day the pain will end, you will smile again, and you will laugh again. This is your life; so take control of your own life.
